A 32-year-old woman in Abuja placed a hot knife on her niece’s vagina

Comfort, allegedly heated a knife and placed it on the private part of the 9-year-old girl.

According to the prosecutor, Cpl. Kelechi Echendu, the suspect confessed to the crime saying that she did it to punish the child for coming late.

She has been charged with cruelty to children and causing grievous hurt by an Upper Area Court sitting in Zuba.

The Fashion designer will be remanded in prison custody till November 12 when judgment will be passed on her.
